  1. Great job with your site, I really like the design! What is your prime mission with this site? Environmental consciousness is becoming more and more important each day, and I always feel like I don’t do enough for the environment. I tend to find excuses instead of realizing how much does it mean for the environment to take even the smallest action! Keep up the good work!

    1. We offer a variety of tools to help you eat healthy in an environmentally conscious way to make better decisions. Select a Category that will suit your interest to make your first step to reach your goal.

  2. Healthy food is certainly the go at the moment and a lot going either Vegetarian or Vegan so expand the fad.
Certainig it is true we are what we eat and that takes into account Volumes.
Many industries are pushing larger meals and promoting them as best choice. Hamburgers stacked three stories high and big platter Pizzas as just two examples.
Plus 500 gram Steaks, enough to feed a family sit on a plate with a pile of fries as a dietry choice.

Is free-range food more healthy than factory fed or is it just letting the chickens loose is good for the concience.

Maybe your blog will get more people thinking about healthy choices and following you on the journey

  3. Hello,

I think this is a really good website now because it ties in well with today’s current affairs: climate change, environmental pollution, sustainability, etc…

People should eat more local products and possibly even go to the farmer themselves. I am 60 years old and I still think back to the time with my grandparents.

Bread and milk were brought to the door by the local merchants and the butcher’s shop was next door. My grandfather planted the potatoes and the necessary vegetables himself. He also had fruit trees.

Even the scissor sharpener came by, and there was much less traffic. The kids didn’t have smartphones, play stations, Nintendos, etc… They played outside and came in at night flushed and tired. And what have we got now, and I’m sorry if I say so, but most kids are lazy on the couch watching TV, on their smartphone, or playing video games…

Yes, the meals were prepared with fresh vegetables and meat (or fish) from the local trader. And that tasted incredible!

    Beautiful website. Well done!

    Best regards,
