Click the Images on the PDF to direct you to a reference chef providing detail instructions to cook the meal.  No spices were added to the list, make sure to have a supply of spices available because I want to motivate your creativity to add flavor.  

      My mission is to allow viewers to test my methods to increase variety in our daily meals and reduce over buy unnecessary ingredients. Reduce overspending and acquire your main ingredients. After you select the plan, buy the ingredients at your local market. Each meal plan is available to be publicly downloadable at no cost.

This menu was designed for my two loving parents to save time and money before  going to any grocery store.
