1. Visit your local Farmers Market

2. Follow Green Businesses

3. Avoid Leading to Food Waste

4. Have a meatless/vegan day

A simple weekly meal plan is easy. Don’t over think it and let me  make your busy life easier with the right tools. I will provide examples to recommend an Eco- Grocery Shopping list with tons of easy meal planning ideas referencing famous chefs, physical trainers, cookbooks, and more. The tools are available, I will help you see what others can’t see by selecting key ingredients.

Our goal is to save more money and create more meals. Check your last grocery receipt to refill your refrigerator. Got it ? Lets first start comparing new results to overcome 3 major challenges anyone faces:

My 3 Examples & Facts a Cook Will Face:

1. I enjoy eating cheese, but I have to follow my diet that meets my calorie intake, health and budget. I don’t want to give it up.

Fact: Selecting the correct type of food can be challenging to meet taste, expiration, and cost. Wisconsin, home to all different kinds of cheese, states they have more than 600 different types of cheese to choose,; plus vegan cheese.

Solution: Know your favorite meals and select an appropriate Green Business brand type. Our time is valuable. Learn More to Compare

2. I select my main key ingredients to make my meals, but I feel like a robot eating the same flavors every day. How can I change my plan that will not break my commitment?

Fact: Cooking is the ability to be creative using the ingredients of what fits to roast, grill, steam, poach, simmer, broil, blanch, braise, stew, bake, or fry.

Solution: Select ingredients easily adjusted by a different cooking method to create a new dish. It’s a chance to learn what Meats or Vegetables ingredients can reach a specific temperature and provide a texture. Learn More

3.   I have my ingredients and cooked my meals for the day. How am I going to store my food to last the week?

Fact: The United States throws away nearly 40 percent of its food. According to the United States Department of Agriculture, that adds up to more than $160 billion wasted per year.

Solution: Store your food leftovers in leak-proof containers or wraps kept in a cool environment, refrigerators, or a freezer. The avoidance is to Food Waste and preserve it to enjoy as long as possible. The warmer the temperature is, the faster food will spoil and decompose. Learn More

  1. The last year somehow “forced us” (me and my wife) to use the kitchen more often than before.

I must say, I am sure we eat much healthier, but it can be challenging sometimes. Especially when it comes to the proper ingredients.
I personally don’t like the large grocery store chains, I prefer farms.
Therefore I decided to leave a comment, sine I wanna thank you for the list you put together.

Awesome job and I am sure we are going to visit some of these farms soon.

    Take Care

  2. Hello there! Oh wow, this is a really useful resource. I wish I had ran into this when the pandemic first struck. Definitely would have been nice to know the available resources. Since the pandemic though, I’ve been getting into a little gardening myself (just in case the regular grocery stores go through a famine). Fortunately that didn’t happen. It would be nice to visit some of these farms some day to see how they grow their crops. Thanks for this.

    1. Thank you for your feedback. I like the idea of maybe a virtual visit of our local farmers. Have a great day
